Job Title: Nursery Director

Education: BA in Biblical Studies from Azusa Pacific University. MA in New Testament from Biola.

Hometown: Westminster, CA

Family: My parents are Joe and Coleen Kauwe. I also have an older brother, Ashton Kauwe.

I became a Christian... at a young age. I remember my kindergarten teacher shared the Gospel with me, it was then that I accepted Jesus as my Savior and chose to follow Him.

I started going to CrossPoint… in the Spring of 2022!

Describe your job: I get to lead a group of loving volunteers that care for our youngest generation on Sunday mornings as well as our younger kiddos throughout the week!

What is a random task that you do that not many people know about? I love organizing and cleaning!

What do you want people to know about the church staff? The church staff at CrossPoint loves the Lord and each one of them are committed to the calling God has placed on their hearts.

In what ways have you seen God move through your ministry? I have seen God move in the amount of babies and young children we see each week. With that growth, He has also provided the volunteers to help care for these babies and children! When there has been a need, He has always come through and provided exactly what we needed. I continually see Him answer prayers, it is truly encouraging to see Him move!
